1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoons Ground Allspice
1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Cold And Cut Into Pieces
1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Non-fat Half-and-Half (If You Are Substituting All-purpose Flour, You May Not Need All Of This Liquid.)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cups Caramel Bits
1/2 cups Chopped Apples (tart Apples Work Best)
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoons Ground Allspice
1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
1 Tablespoon Non-fat Half-and-Half, Added To Reach Desired Consistency

1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a food processor, mix together flour, salt, sugar, sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.

3. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.

4. Add egg, yogurt, half-and-half and vanilla. Pulse until dough forms a ball. Remove dough from food processor to a well-floured surface. Knead in caramel bits and chopped apples. Or, if you don't want to get your hands dirty, transfer dough to a bowl and stir in the caramel bits and apples.

5. Pat dough into an 8-inch round. Using a sharp knife, cut dough into 8 pieces.

6. Place pieces onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

7. Remove the sheet from the oven and remove scones to a wire rack to cool before glazing.

8. To make glaze, stir together confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. Add 1/2 tablespoon half-and-half and stir until smooth. Add more half-and-half as needed.

9. Drizzle glaze over the top of cooled scones. Allow glaze to harden before serving.
