Caramel Frosting
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan then add brown sugar and cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
