1
Boil your 4 cups of water in a pot, remove pot from the heat and add the tea and steep the tea until it's cooled.
2
Zest and juice your lemons. Set the juice and zest aside. Then throw the juiced lemon halves into the steeping tea, so that they can infuse the tea with lemon flavor.
3
While your tea is steeping, make a simple syrup by simmering the 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan until all the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat and stir in the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and strawberries.
4
Pour the strawberry mixture into a blender or use an immersion blender to combine all the ingredients. Allow to cool.
5
Pour the sparkling water into a pitcher. Then strain your tea in, along with your strawberry mixture.
6
Pour into glasses over some ice cubes. Garnish with lemon and strawberry slices.
