Spanish Rice – a delicious recipe with brown rice, oil, bell pepper, onions, garlic, chicken bouillon. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 c. brown rice
1 tsp. oil
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. Spanish rice seasoning
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 can chopped tomatoes (with chiles)

Brown rice in oil . When rice starts to brown, stir in bell pepper, onion and garlic. Meanwhile in a bowl, put the chicken bouillon, Spanish rice seasoning, cumin seed, garlic powder and pepper. Put water and salt in microwave to boil. Put Ro-Tel and add all spices in boiling water; pour over rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
