Spanish Mackerel Teriyaki

   Put the organic whole soy bean soy sauce, sake and sugar in a bowl and mix together.

   Add the fish filets and marinate.

   Heat up the oil in a frying pan.

   Add the drained marinated Spanish mackerel filets to the pan, and cook slowly over medium-low heat on both sides.

   If you wipe out any excess fat or oil in the pan with paper towels as you cook the fish, they're less liable to burn.

   Add 2 tablespoons of the marinating liquid to the pan, and coat the fish filets with it until they are brown and shiny.

   Serve.
