Spaghetti With Mushroom Cream Sauce

   To prepare the spaghetti, add olive oil and salt to the boiled water. Add the spaghetti and stir prevent it from stick to each other. When it is soften, take it out and wash it with cold water.

   For the sauce, stir fry the mushroom until it is slightly brown. Add all the herbs, salt and pepper and cook for half minute. Put all the ingredients to the blender. Start blending and add olive oil until smooth.

   Heat the pan with butter on low heat. Add flour to the pan when the butter melts. Keep stirring for a minute. Then add milk slow until you get the right amount of thickness.

   Mix the mushroom mix to the pan. Cook it if you want thicker. Finally add cream to the sauce for more smooth. Season it if necessary.

   Cook the scallop with butter and salt slightly. Ensure inside it is still raw and set aside. Cook the mixed mushroom with Marsala. Add the spaghetti and sauce. Keep mix and cook. Make sure it is not too wet.

   Cook the egg (easy) in the boiled water with vinegar. Garnish and serve.
