Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

   In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions, seasoned with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 salt and pepper.

   Put in a large stockpot of water and bring to a boil.

   When the ground beef is browned, add the sauce and the remaining 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning and granulated garlic.

   Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.

   Taste to see if it needs more salt and pepper.

   Simmer for 10 minutes.

   While the sauce is simmering, cook the noodles according to the package directions.

   Drain the pasta and put in a large dish and pour the sauce over the top.

   Stir until all the pasta is coated with sauce.

    Top with mounds and mounds of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve to your waiting family.

    I usually make a large batch because we never know who might bring a friend home after school, and there is nothing better than leftover spaghetti.
