Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Rub chicken breast with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake for 45-50 mins or until cooked through. After 20 mins of roasting time, brush chicken with 2 tbsp of the oil.

Process the bread in a food processor until breadcrumbs form. Heat 3 tbsp of the oil and butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Saute breadcrumbs until golden brown. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add red pepper flakes and remove from heat.
