Spaghetti Torte W/ Olives & Feta

   In a large bowl combine the garlic, olives, feta, scallions, spaghett, egg and egg whites. Use your hands to toss the ingredients, makeing sure everything is well combined.

   Heat the oil in a 10-inch nonstick pan and when it's warm add teh spaghetti mixture. quickly flatten it out to form a pancake. Let it cook until it begins to brown. Flip over and continue to brown. Serve warm and top with the chopped tomatoes.
