Ingredients: 1 lb. can Italian tomatoes; 6 oz. can tomato paste; 8 oz. can tomato sauce; 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms; 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 green pepper, chopped; 4 stalks celery, chopped; 2 cloves garlic; 3 Tbsp. olive oil; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 1/2 tsp. oregano; 1/4 tsp. paprika; dash of red pepper; 1 small can water (tomato paste); 1 lb. box spaghetti

1 lb. can Italian tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of red pepper
1 small can water (tomato paste)
1 lb. box spaghetti

Over medium heat in large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil until golden; remove.

Add chopped onion, green pepper and celery until golden.

Add ground chuck and saute until brown (10 minutes), stirring constantly.

Add seasonings, stirring with beef mixture for about 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1 can of water and mushrooms.

Put garlic back into mixture.

Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.

Serve over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
