Spaghetti Sauce – a delicious recipe with tomato paste, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground beef, onions. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Serves 4 Pasta & Noodles

Servings: persons

1 large can V-8 juice
8 oz. can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
2 medium chopped onions
2 small green peppers, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Brown ground beef in olive oil.

Saute onions, peppers and celery.

Mix V-8 juice, tomato paste and spices in 4 quart saucepan and preheat.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Blend ground beef, onions, peppers and celery in sauce.

Simmer on low heat for at least 4 hours.

If it becomes too thick, add 1 cup cooking sherry. Never use water.
