Spaghetti Al Gorgonzola

   Bring your water to boiling, salt it and as soon as it boils add the spaghetti.

   While the pasta is cooking, put double cream, butter and the Gorgonzola in cubes in a saute pan melting everything together in a cream.

   As soon as the spaghetti are al dente, drain and add into the pan. Whisk the spaghetti in the sauce, add a little of the cooking water sauteing the content, season with salt if needed and sprinkle with fresh grounded white pepper to taste.
