Ingredients: 1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cut into cubes; 0.5 (15 ounce) canwhole potatoes; ½ teaspoon ground cumin; ½ teaspoon garlic powder; 1 egg, beaten; 1 tablespoon flour; 1 cup dried breadcrumbs; 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 cup drained canned corn; 2 tablespoons chopped drained pimiento; 1 tablespoon chopped drained canned chilies or 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeno pepper; 1 dash white wine vinegar

1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon flour
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
