Southern "fried" Chicken

   Rince chicken in cold water.

   Sprinkle each piece with Mrs.

   Dash.

   Place flour in a dish or bag, dip or shake to coat.

   Place chicken in a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray.

   Place over medium heat.

   Add 2-3 Tbsp water and cover.

   Cook until brown on 1 side.

   Turn and cook until browned on other side.

    Add small amount of water from time to time if needed.
