6 large eggs

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 2 tablespoons Tia Maria or 2 tablespoons Amaretto
2 cups chopped pecans
18 pecan halves, for decoration
