Ingredients: 1 liter Milk; 1 can Condensed Milk ( sweetened); 3 large Eggs; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tbsp Cake wheat flour; 1 1/2 tbsp Maizena; 1 tbsp Custard powder; 1 tsp Vanilla extract; 200 grams Tennis biscuits; 125 grams Margarine; 1 tbsp Margarine; 1 dash Cinnamon

1 liter Milk
1 can Condensed Milk ( sweetened)
3 large Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Cake wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp Maizena
1 tbsp Custard powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
200 grams Tennis biscuits
125 grams Margarine
1 tbsp Margarine
1 dash Cinnamon

Bring milk, 1 tablespoon margarine and condensed milk to a boil.

Mix eggs and salt together

Add cake wheat flour, maizena, custard powder and vanilla essence to egg mixture

Add egg mixture to milk mixture on stove.

Bring mixture to boil untill thick.

Prepare crust.

Crush biscuits and add 125g molten margarine to biscuits.

Roll and flatten crust in bowl

Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
