Heat waffle iron to manufacturer's directions.

Lightly oil the grids.

In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients to combine.

Whisk together the butter, milk, sour cream and eggs until well combined.

Add to dry ingredients and whisk just until smooth.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of each quarter of the waffle iron and close.
