1 cup sugar
3 Land O Lakes Eggs (yolks only)

Place raisins and water into 2-quart saucepan.

Cook over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until raisins are soft and plump.

Drain; cool 30 minutes.

Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press 3 cups crumb mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.

Combine sugar, sour cream, egg yolks and cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.

Remove from heat; stir in raisins.

Spread filling over crumb crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
