1/4 c. melted butter
1 bunch green onions
4 hard-cooked eggs, separated
1 c. chopped celery

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar

Toss potatoes lightly in butter.

Chop onions and tops; reserve small amount of tops.
