Filling
5 -6 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon dark rum (I use Myers)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Streusel Topping
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
