1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
