Sour Cream Cookies

   Sift flour, soda and baking powder together.

   Cream shortening, add sugar, salt and unbeaten eggs.

   Beat well.

   Add sour cream and dry ingredients alternately.

   Add vanilla; chill. Roll thin.

   Cut with floured cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.

   Sprinkle with sugar, roll lightly.

   Bake in moderate oven. Remove from cookie sheet at once.
