FOR THE COFFEE CAKE:
2 sticks Butter
1-1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour Cream
2 whole Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 cups Cinnamon Chips
FOR THE TOPPING:
2 cups Finely Chopped Walnuts
2 teaspoons Sugar
3 teaspoons Cinnamon

Cream butter, sugar, and sour cream. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Fold in cinnamon chips.

Make topping by combining chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F and thoroughly grease a bundt pan.

In the bottom of the bundt pan, put about 1/3 of topping mixture, then a layer of half of the cake batter. Sprinkle with the remaining topping. Finish with remaining cake batter.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then carefully flip onto cake plate.
