2 cups sour cream
2 each eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar or lemon juice

Strudel Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
