Sour Cream Anise Cookies

   In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar.

   Add the honey, sour cream and eggs; beat well.

   Combine flour, baking soda, aniseed and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix tell.

   Drop by teaspoon 2 inch apart onto greased baking sheets.

   Bake at 350F (180C).

   for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
