2 pounds Potatoes
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 TBSP dry Ranch Mix (1 envelope)
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp Dill weed, dry
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 bunch Green onions

Scrub potatoes clean and cut into bite size pieces.

Boil in salted water until tender (about 5 to 10 minutes).

Be careful not to overcook.

When tender drain potatoes and let cool.

Finally diced green onions and add to a large mixing bowl.

Add in remaining sour cream sauce ingredients and blend well.

Add in potatoes and gently mix well.

Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

Before serving stir to freshen (add 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream to freshen if made the night before).
