Souper Potatoes

   Wash and scrub potatoes. With skin still on potatoes, cut into chunks and place in a casserole dish.

   Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes. Melt butter and pour over potatoes.

   Stir until all the potatoes are coated.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.

   (I microwave mine on High for about 20 minutes or until tender.)

   Be sure to stir potatoes every once in a while, while they are baking.
