   Season your turkey with salt pepper and garlic powder.

   Pop into a non stick frying pan and cook through.

   Transfer to a plate and crack your egg into the pan.

   Begin toasting your bread, and cook the egg to your liking.

   When the ingredients are all cooked, butter your toast if you wish.

   Add cheese, top with turkey, then the egg, and the last slice of toast.
