Sofrito Mac n' Cheese

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.

   Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min.

   Add cilantro, olives and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.

   or until vegetables are tender.

   Add sour cream and half each of the vegetable mixture and shredded cheese to prepared Dinners; mix well.

   Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
