Soda Crackers Recipe

   Sift together flour, salt and soda.

   Cut in butter till very fine.

   Add in the lowfat milk and egg mix to a stiff dough.

   Roll out dough very thin.

   Cut into shapes and prick with a fork.

   Salt the tops (optional).

   Bake at 400 degrees on a lightly buttered cookie sheet 10 min or possibly till lightly brown.
