Snowed Under Meatloaf Recipe

   Combine all ingredients well.

   Shape into oval.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

   While meat loaf is baking, make a dish of mashed potatoes.

   When meat loaf is done, spread with mashed potatoes as if icing a cake.

   Put dash of butter, salt and pepper on top and return to oven till lightly browned, about 10 min.

   Slice to serve.

   The potatoes will frame the meat to make a pretty picture.
