Snowballs

   Add sugar to cooked rice.

   Add egg yolks to the cooked rice. Form rice (after cooled) into round balls.

   Place a marshmallow in center of a pineapple ring.

   Place rice ball on top of the marshmallow.

   Beat the egg whites until stiff.

   Add 2 tablespoons sugar and spread over the rice ball.

   Brown in oven until meringue is brown.
