Snookie'S Homemade Potato Salad

   Cook and peel potatoes.

   Peel hard-boiled eggs.

   Dice potatoes and eggs into small, bite size pieces.

   Chop celery and onion into very small pieces.

   Combine all of the ingredients used so far into a large mixing bowl.

   Add vinegar.

   Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

   Serve chilled.
