Snap Peas and Tomatoes with Yuzu Pepper

   Remove the starchy strings from the snap peas and dice the tomatoes into 1 cm.

   Combine 1, 2 and 3 in a bowl.

   Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

   Blanch the snap peas, drain, then let cool.

   Cut the snap peas into bite-size pieces and add to the bowl.

   Add the tomatoes and toss to combine.

   Serve in a plate and place the bonito flakes on top.
