Smoked Turkey Wings With Honey And Sweet Potatoes

   To Prepare:

   Wash turkey wings thoroughly.

   Place wings in casserole dish (preferably one with cover).

   Before placing wings in dish, cut off wing tips.

   Boil the sweet potatoes until nearly done.

   Remove from water; set aside until wings are three-quarters done or cooked.

   Once wings are placed in dish for cooking, pour honey over all the meat.

   Mrs. Dash seasoning is optional; if to be used, sprinkle the seasoning over the meat before pouring the honey over the meat.

   Add approximately 3/4 cup water in casserole dish.

    Cover and bake in oven of 350u00b0.

    Test the wings and when wings are done, place sweet potatoes over meat.

    Pour small amount of honey over potatoes.

    Squeeze 1/4 piece of lemon over food. Place casserole dish back in oven and bake until honey

    is glazed over meat.
