Smoked Turkey & Cabbage Recipe

   Soak turkey wings in hot water for about 30 min.

   Pour water off and wash thoroughly.

   Cut turkey wings apart and cook till almost done.

   Reserve liquid stock from turkey.

   Remove turkey from the bone and cut up into desired size pcs.

   Cut up cabbage and wash, put into reserved stock along with turkey pcs.

   Cook cabbage till desired doneness.
