Smoked Salmon Salad Bites

   In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, scallion and lemon juice.

   Break up salmon with a fork and fold it into sour cream mixture.

   Dollop spoonfuls of salmon salad onto cucumber slices to serve.

   You could also serve on crackers or use as a salad topping.
