Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Heat oil in a pan and saute pork for 1-2 mins. Remove from pan and set aside. Add prepared vegetables and saute for 1 min. Add tomato paste, cook briefly then add tomatoes and stock. Season and add a pinch of sugar. Simmer for about 10 mins.

For the cheese sauce, warm creme fraiche (or sour cream, if using), cream cheese and Gouda in a pan until melted. Season and set aside.

Grease a baking dish and spread a little cheese sauce in the base. Lay 3 sheets lasagna next to each other on top of the sauce. Cover with 1/2 the pork, 1/2 the tomato sauce, 1/3 of the cheese sauce and another 3 lasagna sheets. Repeat, finishing with a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with Gouda and bake for about 40 mins. Serve garnished with basil.
