Small Nutella-Filled Puff Pastry Horns

   Preheat the oven to 190C.

   Roll out the puff pastry dough, it should be very cold.

   Cut it into 1.5 centimeter wide strips from the short side.

   Wrap the strip of dough around the tube, only up to about half (do not cover the entire tube or it will be difficult to remove the pastry horn once it has been baked).

   Coat the horns with the beaten egg and the sugar.

   Bake for approximately 13 to 15 minutes or until golden.

   Remove the horns from the oven, remove the tubes and cool them completely.

   Use a pastry bag to fill the horns with the Nutella, melted lightly over a double boiler, and serve.
