1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
4 Bay Leaves
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (optional)
1/4 cup Red Wine
1 cup Water
8 Fresh Basil Leaves

Pour all ingredients, EXCEPT basil, into slow cooker, stir, cover, and cook on low for 10 hours.

After cooking is complete, add one cup of sauce and basil leaves to a blender.
