Slow Cooker Ham Fillet

   Turn the slow cooker to high heat.(my slow cooker has this setting for searing meat if yours doesn't you can simply do this step in a pot) Place the oil, wholegrain mustard and brown sugar into the basin of the slow cooker and stir until the sugar dissolves (about 3 minutes)

   Add the ham to the slow cooker and with a spoon the sugar mustard mixture on top of the ham.

   Cook on low for 8 hours
