Put frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of a large crock pot and cover with Italian dressing.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and Italian seasoning until combined.

I like to do this ahead of time so its ready to go when I get home.

When chicken is finished, drain remaining liquid and place chicken back in crock pot.

Shred chicken with a fork.

Cover with cream cheese/soup mixture and cook on high for 30minutes or until completely heated.

If you are in a hurry, you can microwave the cream mixture before pouring it onto the chicken to save this extra step.
