BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped coarsely; 1 stick unsalted butter; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 1 egg; 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme; 1 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped coarsely
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, stir together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt.

Set aside.

In a medium heat-resistant bowl, mix brown sugar and granulated sugar together.

Set aside.

Place butter in 8-inch cast iron skillet and melt over low heat.

Once butter has melted, grab skillet by handle with oven mitt and very carefully and slowly move butter around to coat the sides.

Pour melted butter into medium bowl containing sugars.

Add vanilla extract and whisk all together until smooth.

Add egg and continue to whisk.

Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and blend together with spatula until both are completely incorporated.

Pour into prepared skillet and gently press it down with spatula.

The dough will come all the way to the rim of the skillet.

Bake in middle rack for 20 minutes.

Carefully remove skillet from oven and let cool for 20 minutes before cutting.

Serve immediately with a dollop of marshmallow creme and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
