Skillet Macaroni & Spam

   Cook meat in large skillet until browned slightly.

   Remove from skillet and add macaroni, onion and green pepper.

   Cook in meat fat until macaroni is yellow (do not need a lot of fat). Return meat to skillet, along with tomato sauce, salt and papper, water and Worcestershire sauce.

   Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste.
