Skillet Bread

   Put 1/2 fat in skillet.

   Place in preheated oven to heat while mixing bread.

   Mix wet ingredients.

   Mix the dry ingredients, then mix combine both mixtures.

   Pour into hot skillet and bake 20 minutes at 425u00b0 or until top is crusty brown.

   This recipe doubles and triples easily, but for best results must be cooked in an iron skillet.
