Sister Bertha'S Frosting

   Bring to a boil the sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa and cook one minute.

   Remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla.

   Stir well, but fast, because it will set.

   Drop on wax paper.

   Let cool.
