3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. water or possibly beef broth
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. whipped cream

Brown meat.

Add in garlic, as pcs brown remove to casserole with cover.

Add in 1/4 c. wine to skillet and saute/fry mushrooms and add in to meat.

Microwave on high 3-4 min, stirring each time.

Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 1 hour till meat is tender.

Add in water or possibly broth and remaining wine and soy sauce to pan in that the meat was browned.

Blend in mustard, cornstarch and cream.
