1 pound Top Sirloin Steak
2 Whole Wheat Kaiser Buns, Split
8 leaves Spinach
2 slices Provolone Cheese

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Drizzle some oil into the pan, if using.

Place BBQ sauce, green onion, parsley, jalapeno and garlic in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper and chill in fridge until ready to use.

In a bowl combine oil, parsley or cilantro, thyme and pepper flakes and mix well.

Grill steak for 4 to 5 minutes per side then remove steak to a platter and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Thinly slice steak against the grain then toss strips into the oil mixture, mix and season with salt and pepper.
