Simple Yogurt Ice Cream

   Whip heavy cream with a hand mixer until peaks form.

   In the summer, place the mixing bowl into a larger bowl with water and ice to keep cool.

   Add yogurt and jam to Step 1, and mix well, then taste.

   Mix with a beater from the hand mixer by hand to reduce the amount of washing up later.

   Pour the mixture into a container, and freeze until hardened.

   Serve in a bowl, and it's done.
