Take 4-5 medium tomatoes

Make cross slit on the skin almost 90% through

Put the tomatoes in boiling water and cover with a lid.

Keep on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes.

Add few garlic crushed garlic cloves.

Allow the boiled tomatoes to cool.

Then drain the water, peel the tomatoes and puree them to a pulp.

You can add a few crushed mint leaves or basil if you wish.

In a pot of boiling water add 2 parts of spaghetti and cook till al dente.

In the meanwhile take a pan and add butter.

Add cajun powder and italian seasoning powder to the hot butter.

You can add other spice of your choice.

As the spices start releasing the aroma, add the pureed tomato pulp.

Cover with a lid and leave on medium flame for about 10 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Add some natural vinegar to the tomato pulp.

After the pukp has turned into a thick sauce, take it off the flame.

Finely chop some onions, chilli and tomatoes.

Add these freshly cut vegetables to the hot sauce and close the lid.

The heat will gradually make them a bit soft while retaining the crunch

Gently toss the spaghetti in some hot butter.

Serve the pasta with sauce on top.
